Payment and Refund Policy
- Tuition is due by the 1st of the month and will be considered late if received after the 5th of the month.
- A late fee of $7 will be charged after the 5th of the month.
- Registration and apparel fees are non-refundable.
- Missed classes are non-refundable.
Code of Conduct
- Students are expected to be respectful, kind, and safe toward others.
- Proper attire: Fitted athletic wear, no jewelry, hair pulled back.
- No roughhousing, unsafe behavior, or misuse of equipment
- Parents and spectators are welcome but must remain in designated viewing areas.
Drop-Off & Pick-Up Rules
- Students may arrive no more than 10 minutes before class.
- Please pick up your child promptly after class ends.
- Instructors are not responsible for students before or after schedule class times.
- Late pick-up times may apply.
Illness Policy
- Please keep your child home if they are sick, show symptoms of illness, or have had a fever within the last 24 hours.
- If a child becomes ill during class, a parent/guardian will be called for immediate pick-up.
- Missed class due to illness may be eligible for make-up sessions when available.
